To begin, you’ll be asked to fill out the questionnaire below to determine wants and needs, express style likes and dislikes, and determine what other information we might need. A non-refundable charge of 200KD is required to set the process in motion.
A few sketches are then made for you to choose from and tweak if necessary. Once you are happy with the design, the next step is to select leathers and materials for your piece. Once materials are chosen, you will receive a quote with the final price. From there, a contract is signed, along with 50% of the quotation price. This cost is non-refundable.
Following that, the design is rendered to showcase the item. You can change the colours of the bags up to a maximum of 3 times, after which a charge of 50KD will be incurred after each edit. You will sign-off on the render, colour choice, material choices, as well as the final design.
Once the materials are ordered and arrive, the remaining balance of the invoice must be paid in full.
Then comes the fun part: You can just sit back, relax, and wait while your bag is handcrafted and delivered right to your door.
