Wallets and watch straps each take 8 weeks. Smaller items—a zip clutch, for example—take 12 weeks. Bags can take up to 6 weeks to construct alone, so allow 16 weeks for the finished product. To know exactly when to expect your item to be ready, please contact us.

Each piece is customized by colour and can be further personalized if desired. No two items will ever be exactly the same due to the handcrafting process and the nature of leather.

Every item is hand-cut, hand-stitched, and made with care. Every step of the process takes time in order to provide a finished product of incomparable quality.

Made-to-order means customizing an existing product, whereas bespoke means creating a new design specific to an individual. A bespoke design will not be replicated.

Do not leave your leather item in a hot place, such as inside a car in Kuwait's climate. Be sure to use caution when Barwa items are near rough surfaces, as leather will scratch. Do not expose the item to water, either, as some leather—such as glazed leather—will lose its luster.

The product is granted a guarantee against all manufacturing defects. But rest assured, an item will only be sent out once the maker is completely satisfied with the end result. 

Barwa products can be returned for an exchange within 15 days of the purchase date. The product should  be returned in the same condition in which it was received. 

Monogrammed, bespoke, and special made-to-order items are final sale and not exchangeable due to their permanent personalization for the client.
